There are no egos or judgements in my coaching sessions. All of my feedback is designed to help you get closer to your goals and I can guarantee a respectful, encouraging experience, full of co-operation and appreciation of each other.

We can train either inside or outside. I offer both functional fitness training and Krav Maga training sessions, but you’re welcome to do a combination of both, if you’re interested. For both personal training sessions, you can even bring along a loved one and train together!
