My coaching philosophy focuses on putting my athletes’ goals first and working together to achieve them at a pace that suits the athlete.


Before we start, we will put together a plan as a team that points towards your goal. Together, we will then train and never lose sight of our desired result. My training aims to be injury free, so you can continue getting stronger long into the future and ensuring that your body stays healthy.

Whatever your fitness level or capabilities, my doors are open to you.

We all have to start somewhere

There are no egos or judgements in my coaching sessions. All of my feedback is designed to help you get closer to your goals and I can guarantee a respectful, encouraging experience, full of co-operation and appreciation of each other.

We can train either inside or outside. I offer both functional fitness training and Krav Maga training sessions, but you’re welcome to do a combination of both, if you’re interested. For Krav Maga sessions, you can even bring along a loved one and train together!

I aim to be very flexible in how I work, as your goals are my priority. I want to help you get the most out of our training, so please let me know if you have any special wishes.

Whatever your body type or experience with personal training, both my functional fitness training and Krav Maga sessions can work for you. Even if you have never hired a coach before, we can work together to create a plan that suits you.

As your coach, these sessions are about more than the hours that we spend together. Your goals will become my goals because I’ll be here for you and helping you achieve your own personal goals and dreams.
